Comprehensive Ranking System Criteria:

Canada Express Entry draw for permanent residency candidates is based on points required in order for a candidate to receive an invitation to apply (ITA)

 

The score is used as a cut-off point in Canada Express Entry draws. It is designed to project a candidate's likelihood of being economically successful in Canada. Candidates who obtain a Canada provincial nomination through one of the Express Entry-aligned Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) streams receive 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking System points and an ITA at a subsequent draw from the pool.
